md44 Terms & Conditions

md44 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between md44 and its users. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. md44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

To participate on the md44 platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must open an account with accurate and truthful information in your own name.
• One person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Anyone currently banned from md44 may not register again.

When opening an account on md44, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Once registration is complete, the user will have a personal account for their own use only.

3.1 Password & Security

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the md44 support team immediately.
• md44 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

3.2 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to update your account if your personal information changes. md44 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information. If any information needs to be verified, md44 may temporarily suspend services.

md44 supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• Deposit processing time depends on the method and bank used.
• Large deposits may be temporarily held until the account is verified.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification is mandatory before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.
• md44 reserves the right to delay or reject processing of suspicious transactions.

md44 provides various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are available under specific conditions and may change regularly.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at md44, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will still receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳25,000 (i.e., 1,000 × 25) must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can be used only once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• md44 reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If a bonus claim is suspected of being fraudulent, md44 may hold the relevant payout until the investigation is complete.

md44 operates games across various categories including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each game category may have its own rules, which will be detailed on the relevant page.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• md44 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be considered void.
• The use of bots, automated software, or unfair strategies is completely prohibited.
• If collusion (coordination between multiple players) is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market may have set betting limits. It will not be possible to place a bet exceeding the limit. md44 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 System Errors

If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, md44 will make a decision based on its best judgment. In such cases, md44's decision will be considered final.

md44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a user's overall activity and consistency. Cashback benefits are provided under specific conditions, and md44 reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on md44, and violations will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as necessary:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system.
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, minors.

If an account is closed without fault on the user's part, the valid balance will be returned after proper verification. In cases of fraud or breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

• Any loss caused by the user's internet disconnection or device issues.
• Failure of third-party software or payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from the user's own insecure use of their login credentials.
• External causes such as natural disasters, government orders, or force majeure events.

md44's total liability in any case will not exceed the actual balance in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
